Why is it in your interest to contact us directly?
A lot of bus rental sites you find on the net are from buying groups or specific agencies that mark up the sale price with their commission, which is often 30 percent, and they don't know exactly what bus and driver you will be assigned.
How many hours and how many kilometers can a driver cover a day?
A driver can drive 9 hours a day with a break every 4½ hours.
Can there be two drivers on a vehicle?
Yes, in this way, when the trip involves more than 10 hours driving time or lasts more than 15 hours, they can alternate at the wheel.
Can I cancel my reservation without penalty?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the expected departure time.
Who pays for driver’s accomodation and board?
When making the cost estimate, we can find the best solution for you; you can make the driver a member of your group and pay for his/her room and board, or pay a lump sum for the expenses incurred.
Are tolls, parking and passes for restricted traffic areas included?
The estimate can include highway tolls while ZTL permits and parking fees can be paid directly by the group leader or agreed upon in advance with our administrative offices.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
You will be provided a replacement vehicle within a reasonably short period of time, this because we belong to a leading emergency network in Europe.
Can we see the vehicle before deciding to charter?
Certainly, at our site you can assess vehicles and choose the one you like, or you can come in person to our base
What safety guarantees do you offer for vehicle maintenance?
Our vehicles are all overhauled annually by the Department of Motor Vehicles and maintenance is performed at shops authorized by the manufacturer. In addition, the average age of our vehicles is four years.
If we are a small group of people, can we charter a smaller bus?
Certainly, our vehicles have capacities that range from 8 to 63 seats.
Can we bring animals with us on the bus?
On buses and coaches, transportation of animals is governed by the same rules that apply to animals on aircraft; lap animals can be kept out of their carrying cases.
Does the driver speak a foreign language?
Let us know your needs and we will find a way to satisfy them as we have drivers that speak different foreign languages.
